The New Year

It is the time of year where often are thinking of resolutions or of the typical goals ahead (*sigh*)… Instead, I would like to encourage you to take time to reflect on last year. What was 2017 like? What did you learn? How did you grow? Especially take notice of any small or large changes you may have made and what you learned from those experiences.

Now, often the hardest part is to notice what you DID do versus what you didn’t accomplish (for example- “I lost 5 lbs!” versus “I didn’t lose the 25 lbs I wanted to”). In 2018 I challenge you to take time to pat yourself on the back for the small but powerful choices. Enjoy 2018 celebrating your accomplishments!
